It’s that time of year again. That time in which I truly wish that I had a Jeep. That time when indoors its really hot and the building that you live in hasn’t switched over to cooling for the summer yet. Here in the Northeast, you don’t have central air conditioning, but rather radiators. In the winter, the radiators flow with hot water and in the summer the water is chilled. It doesn’t really provide great cooling, but it does help.
When we were living in the south, we would make a point to go out in the Jeep for evening drives with the top down. This served two purposes. The first being that we were able to see the stars and drive all at the same time. Those two go hand in hand. The second being that it would be cool and it was a sure fire method of cooling off. Unfortunately the move to the Northeast forced us to get rid of the Jeep, and thus get rid of our summer time cool down method.
It sure would be nice to have a Jeep right about now.
P.S. I added a contact form to the site, thanks to a user’s suggestion.
