Jeep is planning on created a rugged mountain scene in Detroit for the upcoming Auto Show where they will unveil the 2007 Jeep Wrangler JK.
bq. The DaimlerChrysler brand, for the first time, will create an outdoor exhibit of a rugged mountain scene during next month’s show. No word on which vehicles will be perched atop the summit, but the automaker plans to introduce a redesigned two-door Jeep Wrangler along with the Jeep Compass, a nifty four-seater aimed at younger buyers.

In other Jeep news, the folks at Jeep have released the pricing schema for the 2006 Grand Cherokee SRT8. The Grand Cherokee, which is Jeeps quickest vehicle will maintain a starting price of $39,995, keeping the price just shy of the $40,000 psychological barrier.
